The house was very nice. Family of 12 stayed and house was very roomy, especially the dining room and living room which flowed together for a very open concept. Pool was very nice to have. Rode the bikes to the very end of Scenic Hwy. What I would recommend to the owners is to have a “Karma” area in the pantry. Where people leave and take non-perishable items. A “Take an item leave an item”. We had to purchase everything like coffee filters, paper plates, plastic wrap, etc.. There was nothing there. obviously we had lots we could of left for next renters.

The Grand Marquix is a beautiful beachfront property. We did have a few issues however. Door handles were broken on the main deck doors so we were unable to use or lock them. The side door was the same way. Luckily the garage door and pool gate could be locked for better security. We also had windows in one of the top bedroom which were open and unable to shut. The maintenance man was able to fix that as well although the windows need to be replaced. Handles no longer work. We did have an HVAC issue on the 2nd floor as well which was fixed the very next morning. The technician was very knowledgeable. We would definitely stay there again but were disappointed by the issues with the property.

This was a beautiful home in the perfect location! We were literally right on the beach! This is the perfect home for a large family or multiple families! Wonderful gated community and such a comfortable home! My only recommendation for the property manager would be to have a binder in the home of helpful information like working the TV and Theatre, how to rent beach chairs, recommend restaurants and shopping, etc. Also to add some butter knives to the silverware collection, there were not any. However, we had a wonderful time, thank you so much! We would definitely rent this beautiful home again! Published Nov 1, 2021
